How an order with us actually runs, from the first quote to the box at your door. If anything here is unclear before you order, ask us and we will put it in writing.

Quotes

A quote states the quantity, the technique, the per-unit price and the lead time for the run you asked about. Prices are per unit and depend on quantity: the more you order, the lower the unit price. A quote is held for 7 days. Material and freight costs move, so after that ask us to re-confirm it before you rely on it.

Proofs, and what you approve

Nothing is machined before you approve a digital proof. The proof shows your artwork on the grinder in the finish you selected, at real scale. What you approve is what gets produced, so check spelling, spacing and colour placement carefully. Once a proof is approved and production starts, artwork changes cannot be accommodated on that run.

Artwork and your responsibility for it

By sending us a logo or design you confirm you have the right to have it reproduced on goods. We do not check trademarks and we do not accept artwork that is unlawful to produce. You keep ownership of your artwork; we use it only to make and ship your order. If we make a mistake on an approved proof, it is ours to put right.

Minimums, quantities and production

There is no minimum order. One unit is a real order and gets the same machining as one thousand. Production runs 10-20 business days from approval, and larger or multi-part orders sit at the longer end. If you have a fixed date, tell us before we start so we can confirm whether it is achievable; we would rather decline a deadline than miss one.

Pricing, orders and payment

Prices are shown per unit and vary with quantity. Payment for shop orders is taken by PayPal at checkout, and your artwork is captured with a GMI reference before checkout so the logo and the payment stay matched. Orders placed by quote are confirmed by email. We do not see or store card details.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Rush shipping is included on orders as standard. Any duty or import tax charged on delivery is the recipient's responsibility and is not included in the price or the shipping cost.

If something is wrong

Contact us as soon as you notice something and send a photograph. If we machined or engraved something differently from the proof you approved, we will remake it. This does not cover artwork errors that were present in the proof you approved, normal wear, or damage after delivery.

The words, photographs and designs on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use. Prices and specifications shown on the site may change; where a quote and the website disagree, the quote applies. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

These terms

These terms apply to any order you place with us, and to your use of this site. If any part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and we will discuss the affected part with you in good faith rather than treat the whole agreement as void.
